Edits + Copyright
Please do not edit my art if you are not the current owner of the art. Crops for icons are allowed, however, I will not tolerate people editing my artwork.
If there is something I have missed in the artwork such as a tattoo, marking, or maybe a colour shift, please let me know before one week. That way I can edit it for you. I will not edit art older than one week.
I will not last minute edit entire poses and backgrounds after they've already been approved in sketch form and accepted in the final stages.
No recolouring (which includes hue-shifting), adding to, drawing over, or tracing. Do not repost or use my art for your personal or commercial needs. Only the current owner may post and use the art commissioned for their personal needs.

NFTs + AI
Do not create NFTs of my art, or custom designs, even if you're the current owner.
My designs and artwork will not be traded with cryptocurrency at all.
If it's found that one of my pieces has been converted into an NFT by the owner, the ownership rights will be revoked.
As for the artwork, it will result in an immediate blacklist and a request to have it taken down. I
do NOT and will never give consent to use my artwork for AI purposes or generations. It will be considered art theft. NO AI.
Sales + Resells + Trades
I have the right to decline or accept a commission. These commissions will not be FCFS. Slots will be chosen by me and not by whoever claimed them first unless stated otherwise!
Payments towards art must be half-paid through PayPal beforehand. Do not offer any other virtual currencies.
If a commissioned character has multiple references or different versions, the commissioner must specify which version to use before an invoice can be sent.
Commissioned characters MUST have a coloured reference. Otherwise, it classifies as a custom.
If a character is commissioned for a full body, they must have a coloured full-body reference. If they are commissioned for a waist-up, they must at least have a waist-up coloured reference, etc.
Do NOT resell my art with the intent of making a profit (prints, merchandise, etc...)!
If the art commissioned is of a character you wish to resell or trade, you are allowed to resell the commissioned art as an add-on for the original price you bought it for.
My custom character designs work much like adopts. Please resell them for the value you purchased them for.
If they have art commissions, you are allowed to apply value to the custom upon reselling. If the custom is traded or gifted, you are not allowed to apply its base monetary value.
Note that once my art has been linked to a character, if the character is traded or resold, you have given up the rights to that art. This includes using it as icons and references.
Refunds
If for some reason I'm unable to complete your commission (sketch phase or before any line art can be made), I can offer a full refund.
Please note that I cannot offer refunds for completed work or work that is close to completion.
If you wish to trade or resell a character with art still pending and you'd like a refund (if conditions apply) before the transaction, please notify me.
